1. Introduction

2. Account & Eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account. Accounts are limited to users 18+. By creating an account or making a purchase on Urbions, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. You’re responsible for maintaining your account security and ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchases

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

• Our printing and manufacturing partners DON’T offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know and we will help you find a solution.

Size Exchange Policy:

• At this time, our printing and manufacturing partners DON’T offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, available for every item listed on our store in the product description section.

Mislabeled Items Policy:

• Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know using the contact form within 3 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and we will ask you for photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.

Refunds Policy:

• Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us using the contact form and provide photos of the wrong/damaged items. We’ll sort that out for you.

Claims Policy:

• Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

​4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary by region, provided at checkout.

Shipping Issues:

• Wrong Address - If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our partner's facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

• Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our partner's facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Urbions, including logos, images, photos, and videos, is the exclusive property of Urbions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our site is strictly prohibited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any violation of these rights may result in legal action.

7. Liability Limitations

Urbions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our clothing products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims related to the products sold, including those fulfilled through third-party services, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific item in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use Urbions responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to accounts, distribution of harmful content, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Users are also responsible for providing accurate information during account creation and transactions. Any misuse of the site or its services may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Urbions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
