We, the founders, live the challenge of juggle 9-to-5 jobs with our passion for sport daily for many years. This is why we want to support and elevate the athletes who might experience this as well and have not gotten yet the spotlight but put in the relentless effort day-in and day-out

Our goal is to expand our reach and resources so we can provide more a more meaningful support to these aspiring athletes, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams. At Urbions, we take pride in our commitment to ecological practices. Here is the criteria that we use to select our printing partnerships: 🛠️ On-Demand Production. Every item you see in our catalog must be produced on-demand. Products must be crafted only after placing the order. This approach helps us steer clear of overproduction and minimizes textile waste. 🎨 Printing Technology and Materials. Our clothing designs utilize various methods, with many products printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique. This method involves spraying ink directly onto the garment, allowing it to soak into the fabric, akin to printing on paper but for clothing. The printers used must comply with the standards of minimal wastewater generation and lower energy consumption, to contribute to reducing our carbon footprint compared to standard industries. 🌱 Eko Inks. The inks must be Oeko-TexTM certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. 🧵 Embroidery Excellence. For our embroidered products, Oeko-TexTM certified threads must be use, ensuring they're safe for both adult and children's clothing. In comparison to printing, embroidery is generally more durable and produces less environmental waste. 🌿 Eco-Friendly Product Materials. Urbions is proud to offer an eco-friendly product collection featuring items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or a combination of these sustainable options.

Each product you see in our catalog is made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. 🌍 We understand that it takes time to our partners to create and send out the products, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share. 🕒 Timing depends on the manufacture and its location. It usually takes 2-6 bussines days for production plus 3-7 business days to be delivered.

📩 Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 📨 Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 🏤 Ask your local post office if they have your package. 🏡 Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbors, get in touch with us using the contact form on the contact section. Include your order number on the email. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. ⚠️ Wrong Address - If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our partner's facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable). ⚠️ Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our partner's facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).
